欧阳雪梅，中国社会科学院当代中国研究所文化史研究室主任、二级研究员、所学术委员会委员，中国社会科学院研究生院教授，长期担任中国社会科学院创新工程研究项目首席研究员，文化和旅游部国家主题性创作项目专家指导委员会委员。主要研究方向为新中国文化史、中国近现代人物研究。代表作有《新中国文化建设论略》《新中国70年社会主义文化建设及其经验》《中华人民共和国文化史（1949—2019）》。
