This book is based on the “National Vocational Skills Standards-Electrician” and is compiled around the concept of ”facing the actual conditions of Cambodia， taking the needs of universities， society and enterprises as the orientation， and taking vocational competence as the core”. Each module in this book contains theoretical knowledge and practical operation for vocational skills training of maintenance electricians. The theoretical part introduces the general ideas of each module， starting from the assessment points of the national vocational qualification examination， being supplemented by detailed analysis of typical examples， aiming to make readers get rid of the predicament of not being able to grasp the key points and of not understanding in place. The operation part uses advanced training equipment as the operating platform to exercise practical skills and demonstrates the practical process of typical cases， which can improve the practicing operation skills. The book is striving to highlight the characteristics of vocational skills training and meet the needs of vocational skills training and assessment.
This book can be used not only as a training material for related majors in Cambodian colleges and universities， but also as a learning material for skilled workers who are willing to participate in the advanced assessment of National Vocational Skills Assessment. It can also be used as reference books in on-the-job training.
